Can’t see how it isn’t, since my refund could have been sent and released when my car was stolen. Now I have to wait 30 more days to get money that I paid ahead of time 🤦🏽‍♀️ Calvin just called me back to justify why I haven’t received my money back. Guess what? He hung up on me in my face talking about he had another call🤦🏽‍♀️ I’ve been with this company for 15 years and My car was stolen in December and I had paid for 6 months in advance. It is July and I still haven’t received my refund from them yet. Supposedly the check was sent out in April then again in June but it hasn’t hit my account yet. Sheila is of no help in this situation and they seem to be short handed. When DJ was there he made customers happy and got things done for us.🤦🏽‍♀️ At this rate I wouldn’t suggest this business to anyone, while they holding my money hostage!! Don’t patronize this company period!!!"
